What is the Mounted Band of the Royal Lifeguards?

If you don't know what the Mounted Band is, a short information follows here.

The Mounted Band of the Royal Life Guards (in swedish: Livgardets Dragontrumpetarkår, abbreviated LDK) is a military band in Stockholm, playing on horseback. It consists of 25 conscripts in the army, playing fanfare trumpet, trumpet, bass trumpet, euponium, tuba and kettle drums. The main task is to play at the changing of the guard on horse at the Royal Castle, but the band performs on many other occations during the spring and summer too, both on horse and by foot.
The conscripts join up in the beginning of January and finish their military service in the end of October the same year. During these ten months they usually perform about 150 times.
